As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Experience Associate to join our team.
Position Overview
The Customer Satisfaction Associate will play a critical role in managing customer interactions, ensuring smooth operations related to Trimble subscriptions, renewals of protection plans, and overall data analysis. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent college graduate with strong teamwork skills, preferably a former NCAA team sport athlete. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working with data to support business decisions.
What the Job Looks Like
In this high visibility role, your primary focus will drive the sales opportunity and strategy in the designated region through the following responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries via phone, email, and online channels.
- Manage Trimble subscriptions, process renewals of protection plans, and ensure timely customer follow-ups.
- Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution.
- Support the marketing and sales teams with customer engagement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate customer records and track interactions using internal systems.
- Utilize Power BI to assist with data analysis, reporting, and insights to improve customer retention and sales performance.
- Contribute to marketing efforts, including email campaigns, social media engagement, and event coordination.
- Work collaboratively with internal departments to enhance the overall customer experience.
Important Qualifications to Your Success
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong teamwork background; experience as an NCAA or college club/team sport athlete is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Relative familiarity with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- A customer-focused mindset with a willingness to go above and beyond.
